The technician must do go at the job site to perform the readings. The Project Manager, or another skilled person must analysis and process the collected data.
The process of collecting data at job site deliver it to the project manager to perform the evaluation, analysis and process are expensive, time consuming and high risk of failure
To solve the situation, we developed the MSR Smart Box to provide robust, reliable and real-time moisture and temperature readings with accurate locations confirmation of the environment controlling up to four equipment individually as necessary.
By controlling the equipment, the MSR Smart Box can shut ON or OFF up to four equipment simultaneously without physical intervention also send alerts of the equipment status (ON or OFF).
The MRS Smart Box is design to support up to ninety-nine sensors between walls, dehumidifier and equipment sensors providing accurate information of the drying process as you desire.

The main box is responsible to collect information from all sensors also has sensors to collect Room Temperature, Humidity and Atmospheric Pressure. Obtain GPS location. Create a private Wi-Fi network with the sensors, establish LTE/4G/5G communication to receive commands and send data readings or equipment status. Records data into MicroSD card, It has 4 power plugs to connect any equipment
The Wall sensors collect the humidity of the damage surfaces.
Measure the percentage of water in the wall and other surfaces, features Pad Board and Pins
The Dehumidifier sensor reads the temperature of the dehumidifier air flow entrance and exit.
Reads the Dehu air flow temperature. It has two wire sensors, each of the sensors must be installed at the air flow entrance and exit of the Dehu
The Equipment sensors maintain the tracking of the equipment if it is ON or OFF and the time off status changes
Capture the vibration of the equipment where it is laying down, it is design to operates o any equipment but you most like to attach it on air mover or air scrubber
